Yin Yoga is a gentle, grounding practice and supports deep emotional release and calms the nervous system.
Through gentle, long-held poses, the deep connective tissue, the fascia, is stretched and you will create space in the body and soften tension. With patience and self-awareness, we can feel our way to our limits and accept them – that’s where letting go begins!
Yin yoga is a wonderful and effective complement to more dynamic styles and supports deep relaxation, stress reduction, emotional clarity and greater flexibility.
