What can you expect in a yoga therapy session according to the 5 elements?

Yoga Therapy according to the 5 elements is a holistic healing method. The focus is on you as an entity and not just your external symptoms. Too much stress, tension, worries or other influences often cause energy blockages in our body, which can lead to complaints. Physical or mental pain is a sign that something is out of balance. In a Yoga Therapy session, we work together to identify current physical and mental imbalances and create a Yoga sequence tailored to your individual needs in order to restore harmony to the entire system. The aim is to expand your awareness, recognize yourself and activate your self-healing powers independently. This includes asanas (physical exercises), pranayama (breathing exercises) and accompanying measures such as visualization, relaxation techniques and nutritional recommendations.

I provide support for all kinds of physical and mental imbalances, e.g:

  • Physical pain: tension, back pain, neck pain, hip problems...

  • Chronic complaints such as gastrointestinal problems, migraines, dizziness, inflammation,...

  • Stress, excessive demands, burnout

  • Anxiety, insecurity, sleep disorders

  • Life crises / crises of the soul: Separation, grief, recurring annoying behavior patterns

I am passionate about supporting transformation processes, helping people to release blockages and achieve flexibility and balance on a physical and mental level.

I have experienced healing in my own body with the Elemental Yoga Therapy approach and would like to pass on what has made my life so much more beautiful, healthy and relaxed.

Elemental Yoga Therapy (at least two sessions)
Elemental Yoga Therapy individual sessions consist of at least two sessions.


1. Session
In the first session, we will discuss your current physical and mental state, your health history, your daily routines such as sleep, diet and lifestyle as well as your personal goals: What do you want to achieve with the help of Elemental Yoga Therapy? The session can also integrate simple techniques such as visualizations and short meditations as well as physical exercises. I will then work out an individual yoga exercise plan for you to do at home.

 

2. Session
In the second session, I will teach you your individual Yoga exercise program, which we will practice together. This exercise program contains Yoga, breathing and relaxation exercises specifically tailored to your personal needs. You will also receive a written yoga sequence with nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

EYT consists of session 1 +2 150 US$
