Elemental Yoga is a holistic practice that integrates Traditional Yoga with the ancient wisdom of the five elements Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether (Space).
Rooted in both Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Elemental Yoga classes realigns you with the cycles of nature and your own internal wisdom.
It combines mindful movement, physical alignment, breath and meditation to restore balance, release stress and deepen self-awareness. Perfect to start your morning by tuning in and aligning with the elements both within and around you.
